• Payment information processed securely through Stripe. Swae Tech does not store card numbers or bank details directly.

• To process payments for services rendered.
• To deliver and maintain the software or websites we build for you.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you make a payment, your financial information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. Swae Tech receives only a transaction confirmation and, where applicable, your name and email address for record-keeping.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers that are necessary to operate our services (such as Stripe for payments, Google Cloud for hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed.

We retain your information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Project files and communications are retained for the duration of an engagement and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

You have the right to:
