Program name: Swae Tech SMS

Description: Swae Tech uses SMS to send transactional messages including authentication codes, appointment confirmations, project updates, and service notifications to users who have opted in.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

By using Swae Tech services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any software we produce without authorization.
• Not use our SMS program for any purpose other than receiving messages you have opted in to receive.

Payment for services is due as agreed in your project contract or proposal. All payments are processed through Stripe. Swae Tech does not store payment card information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables specified in their contract. Swae Tech retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Swae Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
