Information transfers. Character doesn't. You can hand someone the knowledge, the framework, the system. But the depth to which they internalize it and the consistency with which they apply it will be shaped by who they are becoming, not just what they are learning. The same is true in reverse. What you pass on to others, intentionally or not, is less the content of what you say than the example of how you live. People follow the person, not the instruction.
